I’ve been there man. Just got this app to try to help it. I’ll be praying for you this week. You can overcome it. Don’t give up. Jesus loves you and will give you strength. You will still struggle and make mistakes but all that matters is the progress you’re making. Start small, go one day without it and work from there.
