Got back to a week after my last relapse I stated to look stuff up unintentionally saw one picture and turned off my phone right then so that’s good I stayed away. I’m happy I’m back here it’s nice to have this momentum again got content restrictions back on my phone so I can’t search anything up again even if I wanted to so let’s go. If anyone has any advice I’d love to hear it.
