It’s all about self control, if you didn’t masturbate don’t be too hard on yourself, BUT if you, yourself felt that it was opposite of your goals then, delete the pictures because it isn’t contributing to your progress. In this situation, it’s all about what you’re striving towards and what true progress/success means to you. From what it sounds like based on what you’ve written, you should take a break from those type of photos for awhile. It doesn’t mean you aren’t attracted to her, it just means you need time to focus on disciplining yourself and regaining self control.

It does, the point of quitting is to let go of actions which lead u to masturbation. Looking and reading would only make ur lust more and more aggressive until u can't resist it anymore. Stay strong

i feel disappointed in myself for looking because i did feel it was wrong and opposite of one of my goals and only looked for less than a minute yet at the same time the main reason for me quitting was to strengthen mine and hers relationship so the fact i looked at her instead of random females online is a plus .or is it not ?
