I cant sleep

Im not dealing with temptation as much because of the app but since k stopped gooning i found it really hard to find sleep. How do you guys remedy this?

Thank you guys for the advice im gonna try to make a good sleep schedule i managed to fall asleep at 3am and had to wake up at 6 so im pretty exhausted😭😭

I brick my phone right before bed which completely locks any app that could cause me to be tempted to go too to get a bit of release. I actually would have to physically get up and scan the brick on the other side of my room and by the time I do that I’d already be committed to relapse so nothing would stop me. When you get rid of the ability to scroll so easy I’ve found that to help me slot. And I brick my phone before I get in bed for the night.

You grew a co-dependence by the sounds of it so you may have a rough couple nights I’d say try to improve your sleep hygiene, go to bed at the same time, no phone 30 mins before bed and possible take a sleep supplement (Magnesium Glycerinate)

I light a candle and put my phone away in my drawer before going to bed. The smell and silence helps me sleep
