A little day 3 update

been 3 days since my first relapse on my journey to quitting porn. Today I had some strong urges in the morning. I decided to go on my bike and decided to try out a free trial at a gym about 9 ish miles away from my house. I loved it, and I've signed up. I'm gonna make it a goal to go at least 3 times a week, and bump that up to 4 asap. idk how the hell I'm gonna get home after a leg day but I'll work that out as I go along. I felt great the entire time I was out but within an hour of being home I was getting some bad urges again. I know there is no way to stop urges completely,but do you guys have any methods you use to calm the urges when you're at home? many thanks, I believe in you all

I'll be honest, these days were easier for me on my first try Jared. I made it to 10 days last time and that's when it got real bad. I'll keep going, I'm not going to give in. I got really invested pornographic artists a few months ago before I decided to quit. I remember a few days before when they were posting teasers saying ' coming soon ' and this time my brain really wants to know if they've posted. I need to try and detach myself by any means necessary

Day 3-4 was the worst for me. I’ve seen a lot of people saying day 3 or day 6 is the toughest when it comes to urges. If you keep going you’ll build some momentum that will help sustain you. You have to remind yourself that you’re making a choice to benefit yourself and that the temporary Hugh is only going to make you feel terrible
