just signed up yesterday, I want better. success, confidence, focus, self worth, enjoyment out of daily life. yesterday I ran a 5k not even on purpose ! Just kept going. today a mile some lunges push ups and pull ups figured tv and screen time dont help either. started reading Breathe by Rickson Gracie. good book about discipline practice and way of life. also seriously considering doing BJJ. I find myself exiting blocking or filtering out things of sexual nature on my Instagram. deleting saved photos. if something pops up even slightly triggering remove it from the feed exit breathe and come on here. excited for what is to come and the man I know I will become. thanks guys we got this. one step closer. dont look at the mist or the forest focus on your next step take it then another well make it out.
