I’ve been just so mindless once I try to go to bed. It’s my routine to PMO before I sleep. I just want to get the momentum going again.

If you struggle falling asleep, replace it with something else. Like Jayden said, maybe pushups. Or if you’re open, prayer. Reading. Audio books. If you convince yourself it’s a routine and it’s apart of you, you are accepting defeat early. You got this man! I’m praying for you

You got it Brian, I like to do push ups right before bed so it tires me out (also helps with the urges)

Have you tried less or zero caffeine .. no caffeine calms my urges a lot
