Day one today. Any tips? I am nervous
Identify your triggers and get rid of them. For me it was several social media apps. Not having what triggers me, makes it easier to stay focused on the goals!
Become busy. Find little things to complain about so your mind doesn’t find a “resting point” to relapse.
Delete it all. Go completely cold turkey. Social media. Gone. Instagram tiktok reddit x all of it get rid of it all. Snapchat too if you can. Turn your phone to grayscale and set a screen time limit. Next. Go grab a bike or skateboard and exist outside. Leave your phone out of your room entirely. You dont sleep with it you dont text in your bed with it. Charge it downstairs and grab it after you’ve made breakfast. Everything said is a challenge and it will absolutely suck. If you listen you’ll be doing a complete stimulus reset, it’s absolute gold. You’ll discover theres so much more to the world and crave fresh air.
