Confused 🤔 help

I'm confused whether or not this app has in app purchases!? Is this free? Or subscription based?! I'm tired of read through it's discriptions and trying to google the answer and or check reddit. What does we handle payments discretely mean? I'm pretty sure this is not free, nothing is free in this world!? Would like to know from one of the veterans would be much appreciated 👍 thank you
