Do this to keep motivation

I’ve been watching porn 3/4 of my life, I’m 40, there are triggers obviously, the most critical one for me are social networks, all starts with a babe on insta that makes me horny and then I jump to search her online if there are nudes of her and then all the pork spam gets me and you know how this ends. So I started to unfollow every single girl (not my friends) that I don’t know day by day, if one appears in my feed or stories I feel pride and unfollow instantly. So it gives me motivation to continue in this path
