The succubus

I have a very very stressful day yesterday. I Won’t go into detail on the day specific, but those are the type of day I tend to resort to fapping or consuming pornographic material, to release some of that stress. While I was going through this stressful situation, I could hear my mind telling me “when I get home I’m going to fap” but I continued to deny and decided to stop running from high stress situations. I did smoke a little. I got home and good thing I was already tired, so I went straight for my bed and began going to sleep. Before I began to doze off though, I said so myself, to “look into the face of God” and I went to sleep to those thought of being in the presence of God. Now this is where things take a turn, and the test began. I had a very vivid dream of this girl I’ve had a major crush on since the 6th grade, we still keep in contact till this day, so I’m very familiar with her character as she grown into a woman. The dream consisted of me contacting her through IG dm and comments on one of her post. She immediately began to get very sexual through text, sending explicit photos of herself. And immediately I knew something was off, because she is not that type of girl, it’s just not in her character. It was the succubus trying to plant these thoughts and feed off of my sexual energy through a vulnerable moment of my day (sleep), I felt myself becoming erect, but did not cave in. I stood strong and fought that battle. Brothers and sister I share this story to let you all know that the fight is not only physical, but also spiritual. For we wrestle not only against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places Ephesians:6:12 You will be tested not only when you expect it, but attacked in your most vulnerable states in life.
