Trouble Falling Asleep
I find that I would masturbate every night before I went to bed in order to help myself fall asleep. How do I break out of this cycle? It's become a crutch at this point.

I have struggled with this exact same thing for basically my entire addiction. It can be very frustrating to lay awake and know exactly what your body is asking for in order to fall asleep. The only advice I have is to make sure you are getting daily exercise in whatever form you can. You will sleep better if you are getting in daily movement.
What helps me is getting all of my energy out from the day, even after I'm tired from work I still struggle to sleep unless I go to the gym afterwards. Combine the tiredness of the day and the feel-good endorphins from training and you'll sleep much better. I also drink chamomile/sleepytime tea w/ melatonin in it, tends to kick in within 30mins-hour. Go to bed with no regrets, knowing you gave your best for the day and need to recover now.
