I’m relapsing
Over the last 3 or 4 days it’s been really bad. I went 2 weeks without it and it’s like twice a day and I feel like I’m right back where I started. It is so hard to not just give up hope when you fall. Any advice on how to keep the relapse to a minimum?
Like Gio said, getting out of bed and keeping away from your phone is the hardest part. For me also. Just have to get up and get after the day, no one ever said it would be easy, but you know what you need to do, so do it.
