I’m relapsing

Over the last 3 or 4 days it’s been really bad. I went 2 weeks without it and it’s like twice a day and I feel like I’m right back where I started. It is so hard to not just give up hope when you fall. Any advice on how to keep the relapse to a minimum?

Like Gio said, getting out of bed and keeping away from your phone is the hardest part. For me also. Just have to get up and get after the day, no one ever said it would be easy, but you know what you need to do, so do it.

Personally, I like to read these forums and remind myself I’m not the only one fighting to stay clean. Exactly what you’re doing right now, do that when you feel like relapsing. Make a post, talk to others, you got this man.

Stop putting yourself into the situation where you allow yourself to do it. At the first NOTICE of you being comfortable and thinking about acting on the urge MOVE. Physically. Be in public spaces.
