need some advise
so to start i’ve been on this app like a month and this is the first time i’ve posted a message like this. i feel like i get stuck in this pattern where ill do good a couple days then relapse over some bullshit. i always feel good for the couple days where im abstinent and then something will happen either at work or something else and ill be like fuck it who cares and relapse again. i know i need to get out of the habit and want to just feel like my self discipline is in the gutter. i don’t know if any of yall have had similar experiences but just wanted to tell someone what im going through and hopefully get some suggestions. preciate it guys 🙌
