Almost 2 weeks
These past 11 days have been great. I’ve been at this battle for months. This time it’s finally sticking. No porn. No masturbation. I’ve been taking shilajit and ashwagandha. My mood has been so much better overall. Cutting down on caffeine has helped so much too. I leave my phone out of the bathroom when I shower now so I’m not tempted after I get home from work. My body isn’t full of energy since I’ve cut down on caffeine. My body isn’t full adjusting to not having that cheap dopamine hit. Less time on social media. Porn is disgusting guys. Get outside. Meet people. Read ur Bible.
