The no anxiousness the confidence embody at all right now and even if you can’t do it to its highest intensity, the most you gotta do is smile and honestly vow to yourself that you will never do it again and there is no one more time and that you’re happy about it and then just continue smiling every time you think about it whether you fill out your day or not as long as you smile and continuously say to yourself, that’s not me anymore. Every time the thought comes up you gone be alright. This literally neurologically and nervous systemly resets you.
