I just relapsed. It’s the longest streak that I’ve had in awhile, it’s probably been over 7 months since I’ve lasted this long. I’m honestly happy with the progress I’ve seen so far this year, I went from 2 times a week, to making it almost a month. Time to get back on the path to freedom
