have been relapsing these days more than i used to, i’ve found that my triggers are in the morning when i have morning wood and if i’m in my room alone. anyone have any advice or tips if they’ve went through this before?

morning wood actually is the worst. I’ve learned to just even put my hand down there. Just take a couple breaths and find an activity to do.
