I have to say I didn’t think I could make it this long but this has been my longest streak and I can see the benefits. I will say don’t give up brothers it’s really worth it, you don’t know how much has a hold on you when you start to break free and your whole life changes. For anyone struggling I’m holding you accountable just take it a day at a time.
