I’ve relapsed about three times now, always around day 3-4, and finally made it to day 6 (about to be 7). I genuinely feel different about the way I see women, which is embarrasing to say but i think porn addiction was molding my brain in a way that made me look at women in a completely sexualized way and i feel like my vision is finally clearing up. taking it one day at a time
