Physical work/tasks/hobbies. Get your "frustration" out through raw energy output. Make sure the physical activity is rewarding/productive enough that you already feel fulllfilled afterwards
turn off all the noise, Instagram, YouTube, all social media.
Let yourself be frustrated for a minute. Just sit and remember how that feels. Then once you’re ready to get back up, you’ll feel a little better.
