I’ve been watching porn since I was about 10 I’m 21 now. I noticed the content I was watching was getting more extreme I was falling down a rabbit whole of bnwo degrading stuff. This really took a toll on me and continued for a while. I was mostly following accounts on x that posted degrading porn I even got dm’d and had attempted sextortion blackmail on me. Even though they were bluffing and it didn’t end up affecting me I knew that was the last straw. Trying to reset my brain and get off of this terrible habit.
