How do you guys deal with urges and you’re on your own? I live alone right now and it’s obviously very easy to access 🌽 if i feel urges and feel horny. But sometimes i also feel like masturbating is the only way to stop those urges. How would you guys deal with the situation?

Fr try and stay shut down ur device and find something productive to distract you. For me it’s like a game of tag, porn the tagger and I’m always running away

Biggest thing for me is get away from the phone. Go cook, do some laundry or other chores. Go for a walk, exercise get some sunshine. Eat something healthy !
