i’m a 20 year old in a long distance relationship, bring long distance is hard enough as is but keeping the flame alive while not being able to be in person is even harder, so my question is, does content coming from my gf count as porn? ie nudes, sexting, ect. and if not what about old stuff? like stuff sent to me from her in the past months, i can see there being a difference since she’s not actively participating atm, just looking for opinions and ideas

long distance doesn’t work also bro get any nudes off your phone very dangerous to have if she decides to report you

When you recover have a look at her pics all you want. Right now tho, your brain doesn’t understand the difference. It’s still a trigger for the same rewards cycle

If you want to cut porn you have to cut everything that leads to it. This is one of those cases.

i get you, thanks for the advice

It depends what your goal is. Some people are trying to quit porn. Others are trying to quit masturbating to video altogether. I’ve been in your situation before, so I know how hard it is to be a long distance relationship with a porn addiction. My advice would be to not masturbate to anything except if you are on FT with her, but make her ask for it. Don’t use her pics to jerk off, their novelty will wear off and you’ll find yourself looking for porn to get off.

in other words, does it count as a relapse if i’m masturbating to the stuff she’s sending me? even if it was sent in the past?
