can everyone tell me how you all do it? i got to 17 days and now i can’t get passed 2 again i really really want to stop but i just keep doing it I won’t even be horny dude i’m so mad at myself

I had to delete all my social media apps there was too much distraction. to be honest at this point I really only text people, use this app, and check emails on my phone now. Doom scrolling leads me to fapping so I cut off the hand causing my sin
