Night time seems to be when my triggers happen the most. Especially when I’m alone and bored at night. Working on day 1 going into day 2 so I’m gonna finish off tonight strong. Stay strong my brothers.

Try to have some apps who block your phone at 8 pm till 9 or 10 am. To avoid you to fall at night or at dawn
Try to build and habit. To sleep at the same hour every night. Your body will remember the hour you sleep, then when the time came you will fall asleep
same, the worst is when I'm scrolling on Instagram and a thirst trap appears
