Some things that have helped me to not gap in the past are squishing my testicles as is not fun and def not recommended but it does helps Second would be laying down on the floor or hard surface. Preventing to get an erection and then having those thoughts. Thirdly as I can agree that most of us when we fap we always sitting in one point. Welp keep moving. And if u get tired then get creative to not fap. I’m open to strategies so we all are kings at the end of the day
started doing brain games like Elevate or Duolingo whenever im sitting or on the toilet
