4 days 19 hours porn free

Is it weird that I feel almost numb emotionally at this point? It almost feels like groundhog’s day. Going through the motions, doing the same things to keep myself from searching for porn and masturbating. There don’t seem to be any notable highs or lows, emotionally, from the last 4 days. I don’t know how to properly put this feeling into words.
