No it’s part of quitting, your brain is so used to all the sexual intake that it’s requiring itself and your going to get dreams, the same things happened to me multiple times. They should go away though

Nah that’s not in your control. And you wasn’t watching porn. If anything that’s just a sign that you need to filter and be careful what you watch , listen to , consume etc
