As I continue through this journey sometimes I get let down from my spouse and just want to say fuck it and it’s not worth the fight anymore and I’d be better off just going back to porn getting that dopamine dump and being happy. Thoughts? Advice? Words of encouragement

I felt the same way but would you rather have a moment of happiness or a “lifetime” supply of happiness, love, sex, and all that comes along with it, sometimes youll regret it
