I made it two days before I relapsed and I need someone to hold me accountable, I don't really know my triggers and it's just making it worse

Just use it as motivation to beat the habit the next time. 2 days is way better than 1 day and far better than half a day. This isn’t a failure it’s the first step to getting better. You’ve shown that you can quit, you’ve just got to try and extend that time.
Delete social media, don’t watch filthy TV/movies, don’t spend too much time alone, don’t take your phone into the bathroom, find a hobby to focus on, and stay connected here.
