3 day streak gone

as much as i wanted to blame the app for glitching out the past 2 days, i know deep down it was because i didn't try to fight. I was overwhelmed by my work and still heart broken from being indirectly rejected. There was so many ways i couldve overcome this even without this app but I chose instant gratification. I just feel so pathetic about myself, about everything... I just dont feel good enough for anything.
