Confusing the addiction and the extend of what it caused is a painful and shameful process. But it’s a process of recovery and accountability that will hopefully lead to acceptance and peace. Haven’t viewed porn or self fulfilled. It’s been great changing for the better and having fulfillment/ excitement of finding tasks that make me think more clearly and feel better about my environment. It’s been 40+ days and I can see and feel the change and so do others. Don’t fall to your temptations.
