I had real sex with a friend it just happened like that now(My 1st), but I am not taking it has relapse, Since I am hating porn very much now a days and not having any mood swings, and it was protected btw, so while removing the condom it maybe without my knowledge I must have hold my penis again(after condom was exposed to vagina)- anything to worry about STI/HIV? Please tell me the next steps, I will never marry anyone in life, gonna adapt a baby and live happy.😭😭😭😭😭

Don’t worry bro, for the future have only sex with women you trust but I don’t think it counts as a relapse your doing good don’t stress get tested and stay strong

Do you know if this person has had relations before or anything? If this person is clean than nothing to worry about, you won’t necessarily get anything from not wearing a condom. It’s more about if that person already has it from doing unprotected sex. It’s not a relapse in my eyes either since it was intercourse with someone else. There is no need to be scared, you can wait a few days if anything starts to burn or hurt than go to the doctor. You can talk to them as well and be clear about things
