What im dealing with

This is the furthest I’ve been in my journey, it took me nine months to get into this position. I just meet up with my ex to day and she told me she doesn’t love me no more and I wanted to fix things. I wanna ask for y’all‘s prayer and give me the strength to continue and get better.
