I’m 55. 43 years in addiction enough. I’ve seen someone in 40’s and a few in 30’s.

It’s not wasted years if you can help somebody else not make the same mistake

You’re not the only one your age. I’m only 27 but if I would’ve started this sooner like I should’ve I would’ve been around your age.

i've done a lot of reading up about nofap and stuff and seen a lot of testimonials on recovery and how things got better and almost all of those have been people around your age. you're not the only one by far
