23 days baby! I feel like I can’t go back. Every time I get an urge (which is less) I just remind myself of how disappointed I would be if I did. My confidence has improved and I can now actually hold a conversation with a girl in person without it getting awkward. My memory has improved as well and I find I have more motivation to do things Everyone who sees this. Don’t give up. Porn only fixes a short term problem but causes so many more in the long run.
