I know that’s a wired title but hear me out, I’m currently doing long distance with my girlfriend and it’s hard because I get my sexual urges like normal but she’s not here so I decided to masterbate without porn, but that led to me searching up the website I used to use for porn. The website doesn’t show porn off rip but the fact I went and searched for it was enough for me to count it as a relapse, what are your thoughts on this???
If you have to ask or wonder, you probably did. It is true also that your relapse is probably the last bad it can be so it is a proof of progress insofar as you dont do it again
