I had relapsed and watched porn after a year of not watching it. I could really use some encouragement right now. Ended up spiraling a bit and just want to get back on my feet

A lot better, I think I just got overwhelmed with some relationship issues. The issues have been making me worry whether things will end. That triggered me because my relationship was one of the primary motivations for quitting. So it potentially being over is what set me off
