So I’ve been talking to this girl for a while and things are getting pretty serious. I don’t know if having sex counts as a relapse please lmk

i would 100% not count it. considering i live together with my gf, and we’re pretty active it’d be almost impossible to stop that, ive noticed that since ive started trying to quit porn and masturbation, the sex has been better, the increase in sex life is definetly a good bonus of all of this quitting and probably would encourage more. i find that it even helps with quitting in a way. even though it doesn’t give the same kind of “post nut clarity” that you get from feeling bad after masturbation, it’ll still help the urges go away as they normally would with post nut clarity.
