Relapsed after Day 5

My first relapse since starting this app. Disappointed and knew it was going to happen about an hour before it did. Realized one big mistake I made over the last 5 days - I became too reliant on this app to break my habit when it’s God who will help me break this habit, not an app. This is a great app with a great community and I’m going to continue to use it, but the most important thing is prayer. We can only break this habit and addiction with God’s permission. The 5 day streak was good, the longest I’ve had in a while. Going to start another streak without beating myself up about it and make it even longer. Stay strong everyone
