What to do if i'm in temptation

I really dont want to lose my streak but i just want to touch myself, even if i dont want to :( its just the tempatation. Does anyone have any tipps :)

It took a while but sometimes it feels like I’m in the most perfect situation to sin like I have a thousand times before and then something comes over me and stops me. Like I can’t proceed further. All the dominoes have fallen but some miracle is holding the last one up.

Pray the our father prayer. It asks God to not lead you into temptation and deliver you from evil.

Go for a walk, take a nap, exercise, I mainly try to stay busy when I really want to
