I think you need to ask yourself the purpose of your journey? Is it to stop watching porn or is it to hop on no cap and not nut? If it’s to stop watching porn then no you didn’t relapse but if it’s to not nut then yes you did. But it all essentially boils down to what the purpose of this journey is
