Don’t allow the bloody demons to ruin your goals be strong pray about it

One of the best ways is to get off social media for a week, my social media is full of big booty women and it makes me go search them up on my private browsing, but after limiting my social media access and doing stuff like cooking and working out, the need of watching porn and beating my meat has decreased significantly, I’m currently 8 days sober
