How to stop going back

The moment you get the urge, just get up and take a walk. I can’t explain it, but it’s almost like literally walking away from your problems. Last night I really got the urge while in bed - so I just got up without even thinking about it and walked downstairs to grab a snack and took a lap around my living room. No destination, no plan, no hesitation. By the time I had got back into my bedroom, the urge was gone. You just need to get up and go for a minute or two when you get the urge, that’s what helps me
