Breathing excercise is helpful. Also using the pledge or even the panic button as a daily reflection and reminder can keep you locked in. I also recommend posting in this chat if/when you fall or feel tempted. Not because we can “save you” but because our addictions live in secret. Confessing to others makes you stronger and you will feel immediately lighter. I have found myself more comfortably sharing with my IRL community. Best of luck brother 🙏🙏🙏.
