Mindset is everything
Knowing the reasons for quitting is important but something that is often overlooked is the correct mindset. I will not go into detail but the following is what I believe can lead to a successful reboot. -I don’t need to overthink or worry about breaking because I will ENSURE that I won’t break. Never question your initial decision to quit. Stop yourself from even asking questions. -I’ve already quit, cravings are a sign of a dying habit. -I will be extremely uncomfortable and that is a sign of healing. More pain more gain. -My life will not move until this habit is removed. I would remain a child if I break.
