Yes but not just ED, masturbating to often means you are releasing a lot of important minerals from your body for example magnesium, calcium, zinc, this leads to lower testosterone levels, here are some of the biggest: 1. you are weaker, I have been working out for 2 years now and even though my muscles have developed very good I am way weaker than other people my age which don’t even workout, 2. your height doesn’t reach it’s full potential, now I don’t know that for a fact but think about it and it makes sense, testosterone and the growth hormone are in a direct relation to each other and calcium is needed for bone development, 3. You stay uglier than you could be, I know it sounds ridiculous but the more testosterone you have, the better the bones in your face develop, better bone development= better facial features= more handsome, 4. When you release semen you also drain energy from your body meaning you will not be as energetic throughout the day and especially when doing sports, 5. REALLY heavy mood swings, 6. Your stamina gets soooo bad, I’ve been playing football since 7 years old and when I turned 15 my stamina got worse and worse and I didn’t know why, it got to the point where I was nearly vomiting and my eyes turned blurry after just 30-45 minutes playing football, imagine how I felt a few months back when I started actively training my stamina, 7. You stay lazy even though you want to achieve and follow your dreams and goals
