The only single time I kept it for so long was when I got vasectomy a few years ago. It was like 7 days. Today is my 2nd day of not watching and I feel super horny like an animal. I go crazy just by seeing other girls in public. Please help 🙏🏻 how do i handle this? I feel very bad..

I’m on day two aswell you gotta be present and anytime you see either a girl or a TikTok/reel etc. just say NO and look away or scroll away. Before you know it you’ve made it onto the next day
