I agree with Buzz Kill, for the brain to fully rewire/be healed it can take 2 - 5 years. Sounds long buts it not, life is short eternity isn’t

That’s not to say you won’t experience withdrawals. The severity and duration depend on your exposure. But people can still experience cravings long after their brain has fully healed. Thats because these type of people think they’re missing out on something. They’re giving something up. Sacrificing. They think there’s something of value in the ditch. And staying on the road is a fight for them. A constant struggle. They really want to drive into the ditch. Once you realize there nothing of value there, you’re no longer an addict.

The moment you decide to never use porn again is the moment you’re officially a non-user. You can go 20 years free of porn. The moment you decide to watch it again, you’re now back in your addiction. Doesn’t matter how far you drive down the road. You’re always the same distance from the ditch. That may seem like a scary thought, but it should provide comfort. All you have to do is stay on the road. There is no reason to drive into a ditch. All it’ll do is damage your vehicle. The moment you realize that and truly choose to stay on the road, is the moment you’re no longer an addict. That could be right this moment if you want it to be.

It takes 21 days to create a habit, and 90 days to create a lifestyle. But I personally set my goal for 1 year.
